removing overcall charged

good morning...i just want to ask about my over call charged?i didnt know that i already used all the calls that i have...i have $6 charged...is there any way that you can remove that cause i didnt know at all...

We are unable to make billing changes for you.
You would have to call *611 to dispute your bill.
In the future I would recommend calling *611 or using self serve to monitor your usage.
