Remove seasonal hold


I am on vacation, before I left I put my account on seasonal hold. I need it removed on February 25. I need it working from the moment I get off the plane. The forum and the self serve site isn't helpful at all at figuring out how to remove seasonal hold.

You just need to switch to any available plan.

Just login to self Serve, click View rate plan then click Change Plan. You can do this as soon as you get home!
Tried to even look at the available plans and I get an error

And if you sign into the website instead of the app?

If trying this on the website doesnt work as well you will have to call Koodo (1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636)) or message them on Facebook (http://m.me/Koodo) or through Twitter DM.
