Referral Credit


I'm supposed to get the $25 bill credit for friend referral and this month bill came in and i didn't get it. please help me with this.

Hi Dan, please don't post your account number on this forum (anyone who has access to the internet can read it). Refer a friend credits can take up to 6 weeks to appear on your account.
Koodo's refer a friend program has a contact page on their website: https://referafriend.koodomobile.com/common/contact.pg
Contact them directly, and you'll get a reply via email.

Hey Dan - I see two lines on this account (BTW - I've deleted your account number above for privacy, as@titaniumtux pointed out). 
The line ending in 26 sent a referral to a friend/relative at the end of June, and we're still waiting for that person to return/complete the referral). So at the moment, the only activity related to your account is this 'pending' referral - nothing else that's been completed/approved.
