My husband and I purchased new iPhone SEs on October 1, 2017 from the Mobile Shop. Before our purchase we received a referral to Koodo from my husband's sister, for both of us. We accepted the referral prior to purchasing and activating the phones. After activation, we both submitted our phone numbers to complete the referral process. A few days ago my referral credit was rejected. My husband's referral credit was accepted yesterday, BUT the referrer was listed as someone we do not know (not his sister). That same person was also listed as the person who referred me (again not my husband's sister). Obviously, we have two issues: (1) why is someone who did not refer us to Koodo listed as the referrer? (2) Why was my referral rejected? I suspect someone is unethically manipulating our referrals. We are not impressed. And I when I clicked on the "contact us" link in the e-mail I received rejecting my referral, I can't submit my complaint (an error occurs after I click "Submit"). Can someone assist us please?
