Receiving Skype calls on cell phone with prepaid plan

Here's my situation. My parents live in Germany and would like to call me via Skype on my cell phone, which has a prepaid plan SIM card. My question: Will I pay long distance charges receiving the call? I have a Toronto number and would receive the call in Toronto.

Thanks!

Skype-to-Skype calls are free (and if you are using wifi, you will not use any of your data boosters).

If your parents are using SkypeOut to call your cell phone number, you will pay as if it is a regular local call (on prepaid, all incoming calls are treated as local, no matter where you are in Canada).
