Reactivate and top up option is not working




So this is whats happening, ive top up tre three times in a row, and it doesnt reactivate my plan what do i do???

Hi MayuMi,

You must re-select your baseplan. Just adding the money to the account after it expired will not re-enable your phone. Once you go and select your base plan you should be all set!

I've found that during the wee hours of the morning, the 'Reactivate' button doesn't work and the system tends to store the funds until 6, 7 or 8:00 a.m. During regular business hours, the Reactivate button works without issue and funds go where they're supposed to within minutes.

I've brought this issue up on several occasions in our group and the technical team was reportedly notified of the problem. Seems the problem still exists. As such, the only way to get around this is to make transactions during business hours.

You are right this was the problem it even renewed itself now I have funds for next month lol Thanks anyway 🙂
