Reactivate a formerly lost phone...

I am trying to reactivate a lost, but now found phone.  I am not being given that option on self-serve.  The number is xxx.  How do I get the option to reactivate?

Hello Roy,

Did you blacklist the phone? Try poping in your old SIM card in the once lost phone. If it works, then your job is done. If it doesn't then the phone is blacklisted and you need to call Koodo to de-blacklist it.

If the SIMs don't fit, you need to perform a SIM card change via self-serve.

You have to call Koodo in order to reactive a lost phone.
