Question as I'm new to Koodo

I'm just new to Koodo as of last week. Wondered if someone could please tell me what time zone the 5pm Unlimited Evenings and weekends start. I live in Alberta if that makes any difference. Yesterday I made a call at around 3pm my time (Mountain) and the call is not showing up in my usage. Thanks for the help.

It's the time zone of the current province you're in. Still, the usage for the time used should have shown up by now. Who did you call? Was it a toll free number?

Pretty sure that the 5pm nights and weekends depend on the your local time of where you live based on your area code and the address you have on your account. Also remember that it will take over 24 hours for any usage to reflect on your account so I would keep checking. Hopefully this helps out.

It was a local call. As Al suggested I'll check again this afternoon to see if it shows up in my usage. I just thought it would have shown up with in a couple of hours that's why I was wondering about the time zone.

Considering to this 3 threads : http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/time_zones_unlimited_evenings_and_weekends http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/my_plan_includes_unlimited_nation_wide_evenings_5pm_8am_and_weekends_does_this_reflect_whatever_local_time_zone_im_in http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/free_evening_calls It should show up in your usage. Maybe there's a delay to show the usage on self serve? PS : I was late on this one haha
