I messaged Koodo earlier today.. I hope they get back to me soon. my SIM somehow got blocked and now I'm dwindling with a "Locked SIM" in the left tab of my phone. Does anyone usually know why this happens?

The easiest way to get your PUK code is to ask a rep by requesting a call back via Koodo assist

@Johnson :it happens where users set a password on the SIM to avoid unauthorized access. When users entered wrong password several times, the SIM locked itself to protect network access. Users/Customers need to contact carrier to have a PUK code to remove the lock. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personal_unblocking_code
