Promo $10 BYOD for 6 months not added to my second bill


I was supposed to get a $10 dollar credit for my first 6 months if I brought my own device over to Koodo. The discount was applied for the first month but it hasn't been applied for the second month. How can I have my bill readjusted?

They can take up to the third month to take effect. If you don't see it on tour third bill then I would send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out

Hi Courtney - looks like the discount code dropped off when you completed your phone number change/port-in. We've added it back for you, so you should be good for the next 5 months.
