Problems with my plan


Hi, I do recharge my plan on my cellphone and even the transaction was showed in my bank page, but it doesnt work in my phone!! I don't have data and it says that I already waste 10MB, I'm so upset, what can I do?

Hi Katherine,Did you actually add the data add-on? You can only use data if you have the add-on, you can't use it without it.
