We’ve been trying to reach you to let you know that the information you provided to move your number to Koodo is incomplete or it didn’t match the information provided by your previous service provider.
You won’t be able to receive calls until you provide us with the correct information. Call us at 1-844-232-7678 (Monday through Friday, 8am to 10 pm or Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 8pm) and we’ll help you complete your request or assign you a new number.
If we don’t hear back from you within 30 days, a new phone number will be assigned to you.

But I have a bad englsih skill. So I can't understand what they are saying. I called to seller and asked them to check my information. But they said there is no problem. Is there anything way to contact Koodo with chat?
