Problem to pay with my credit card

Hi,

I got a koodo mobile the end of last month.

Also, I got a bill as a first.

So, Im going to pay with my credit card today,
I tried to do more than 5times.
I got this message,

Wait a minute, your credit card info doesn't match the billing address on file. Please try a different payment method or contact us.

So, I changed my credit card billing address same as billing address of KOODO.
But It is still not working!!!!!

please resolve it asap.

If you changed the address of your credit card with your bank it might take some time to take affect.

In the meantime there are other ways to pay.

Thank for answering.
As you said me,

Even though I got a confirm E-mail about updated my address from Td.
but It payment still not working right now.

Omg, I’d like to pay my credit card only.

I changed from another mobile to Koodo.
This situation is making me regretful.

anyway, thank you for reply.
They check your credit card info with either Equifax and/or TransUnion. So whenever the updated address gets to them is when you won't get that error when trying to pay your bill online. No idea how long before that takes effect but it shouldn't be that long. Koodo has very strict rules when using a credit card online.

If you go to a Koodo kiosk they will let you pay by credit card there.

Or you can pay by online banking or even at the bank. Note that there will be processing time
First,
Thank you for answering.

But , unfortunately, they didn’t accept my credit card.
Yes, you was right. I have needed a processing time since I changed my billing address my credit,
So, I have waited for 5days and then I tried for payment again in self-serve.
I got a new message.

“ An error has occurred.
Please refresh the page or try again later.”

So, I tried it again after do refresh.
still not working.........Omg
I just wanted it to pay my bill payment of koodo.

This is my first bill payment at Koodo.
I’d like to pay a bill to my credit card while I use it.
I know how to pay another ways.

I will wait more time and will go to koodo kiosk.
but this is very inconvenience service.

anyway I hope It improves soon

Try clearing your browsers cache or using another browser to see if your CC payment can now go through. If it still doesn't work try contacting Koodo and explain the situation. You can request a callback through the digital assistant.

The message " An error has occurred...." could be something else . I guessed it was the delay in your internet network or Koodo payment server.

I would suggest you try again during daytime (avoid weekend and late night as they can have some maintenance).

If you want to use the credit card payment, you could also dial 611 from your Koodo handset and choose 3. The IVR will help you.
Hi,
I tried it things,
Dial 611, Dial 123,
Both are not accepted my credit card.

So I didn’t pay yet.
I think I have to go kiosk at koodo.
omg!

Oh, well, I think going to the kiosk is the best choice right now (or pay through online banking).
I think they have some restrictions if you are a new customer for payment. After few month, the restriction is removed.
