Problem switching plans


I would like to swith to the current promo 35$ for unlimited call, text and 1gb data. I have a iphone 4, with no tab. My bill has always been paid (including my current one), i am not on a spending limit program and have been with koodo for about 18 months. I have never changed plans before... What can i do??

Hi Stacey, Sorry you're having trouble but the system is still a bit wonky so you'll need to call in to Koodo to change your plan. Don't worry, it's free. Just tell the Rep that self serve wouldn't let you and the Rep will handle the rest.
