How can I get all the numbers that I called in or out before oct 16,2019 I lost so many phone numbers and no way how to get them back

Log in to self serve. Click on the phone usage tab, then usage history. Click on the start date calendar and go back as early as you can (max 90 days). Hitting search will display all of your calls during that period.
If you have lost your contact list, recovering it will depend on which model phone you have.

Have you checked your prepaid self serve.? The call history should be in the usage area.

Did you clear all phone log on your phone or you switched your phone?
