Prepaid customer online registration not working.

I'm a prepaid customer trying to create an account so I could manage my plan online. When trying to create an account for prepaid customers it asks to enter my 10 digit phone number so I do and it says that "this phone number is already registered or it doesn't exist". Basically it's not working. Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do ? Thanks

Call *611 from your Koodo phone and select Prepaid and they will assist you in your account registration 🙂

Hi there! Your account was created when u activated your sim card. Whatever email address you used and password is what u would use to log in.
