Prepaid base plan says that it is expired, even though the account balance shows $55


Prepaid base plan says that it is expired, even though the account balance shows $55 (which is the amount for the plan) and $0 due. How can I reactivate the plan? The services are somehow suspended.

You'll have to contact customer support if your device has been suspended to see why and get it running again. Especially if you show as no balance owing.
