Hello. I would like to ask you something. I have information on my account that next pre-authorized payment date is March 11, 2014. However, this day has already passed. Why did not new date appear in my billing information on my account? Thank you

It should come out soon. You'l get notified by e-mail if this option is active. Plus, you can look how much time there's left for the current billing period on self serve!

And when will the new bill go out? I have the bill only for February.

Maybe because the new bill hasn't gotten out yet?
