Ported a number from Koodo to Virgin but the number is still showing up in my account


So I recently ported my number from Koodo to Virgin. But when I go back into my Koodo account, the number is still in use. In the upper right hand corner, the number still is on my account even though I ported it. How long does it take for it to no longer be on my account.

Is your phone working on the Virgin network? If so, it is a reference for billing purposes.
What does that mean?

1) does your number work on Virgin?

2) that your number is still listed on your account information on the Koodo site, is likely so if you contact them in the future, your account can be referenced by the number you once held on the account.
