poor customer svc


Why did four customer service people fail to assist me in answering a question regarding my cell phone number. All insisted they could not solve my problem. One call to a competitor and I had an answer............an unhappy customer

I have always had great service with the reps on the phone. Is it possible they simply didnt understand what you were asking? Defiantly send them an email because Koodo has been nothing but great as a provider

Just like Jonathan I'm really curious how koodo lost you. Let us know what you asked that they couldn't answer for one reason or another. I also am curious if we could have answered it for you. We are customers just like you are (were) and it would be good to learn. Thanks Jim!
