Please help me correct my name (new unimpressed customer)


My contract ,signed yesterday, shows the wrong name, an error was made copying my name I only noticed when i received the e-mail. I did not noticed yesterday. I have tried for hours to reach someone to correct or do it on-line. I live far from any counter. What should i do??

I had the same issue, It was corrected within a few minutes after calling and being verified! No worries just follow Mayumi's tip and your good to go!
