Please help

I recently signed up for another phone and they decided to transfer my koodo number without realizing that they didn't put a new number on it, they just cancelled the plan. Is there anyway to reactiviate that plan and put a new number on it?

Nope.  Porting will automatically cancel your plan.  If you wanted to keep that plan you could have changed the number, but then you would lose your number.
So theres no way to reactive it?

It would be very difficult.  If you have more than one line you could always say they ported the wrong line. But you will have to call in to try.  It will need to be escalated for it to happen

One thing I can think of it...
If you cancel your another carrier and port your number back, then you might have a chance to reactivate your plan AND number back with Koodo.
Your phone number and plan attaches, so, you can't have different number to reactivate your old/canceled Koodo plan.

If you want to keep your number with your new company, then there is no way to reactivate your plan with Koodo.

Yes, Mayumi is right, you have 90 days to port your number back to the line where is was on 🙂 ..make sure not to cancel before you port back
