Sorry to hear that your iPhone is not working, from what I see you tried a lot of times by re-starting your phone, at this point I will suggest you to send your phone into service, you said you just got it 2 months ago so your warranty has not expired yet.
I didn't pay the extra for the warranty thing they were trying to sell me... is it still covered by Apple since it's brand new though? God I hope so!! I don't want to spend a billion dollars to fix a brand new phone.

Press Home+power button for few seconds until you see restore logo and plug your iphone on pc using itunes to restore your iPHONE.

Your I phone would still be covered for one year without the apple care plus (except for physical or water damage) but you will have to pay the service charges for tech support and possibly S&H to send it in.

Agreed, please let us know, Amanda, and good luck! 🙂
Amanda remember to bring your proof of purchase as the people at apple might require that to validate your warranty! oh and good luck 😃

An advice is always a welcome advice! lol.
Hey guys! I forgot to update everyone on my problem! So I went to my local Apple Store and had someone look at my phone and it turns out, there was a hairline crack under the glass in the actual display (which is weird considering I've had an Otter box on it since the day I bought it... but whatever). After the tech looked at it he says, well this isn't covered under the warranty since it's "accidental damage"... They don't cover the screen and stuff, just hardware. but he replaced it for me anyway and said that since I didn't have the phone that long, and that it's obvious I've babied it, he replaced it for me 🙂 I was in and out in 10 minutes and everyone I had to deal with in there was FANTASTIC! Best customer service ever! (Next to Koodo of course!) If anyone has the same problem and is still covered under the one year warranty, I recommend going to an Apple Store near you. Can't hurt and you might get a free replacement out of it! Thanks for everyone's advice! XO AB
