I don't understand how my bill went to high!!!

Your best bet is to call into Koodo. On here we are all customers and can't see your account. If it's your first bill it's likely proration (you pay for a month and a part of a month). If it's not it's likely due to overage (extra minutes, or data).

Page 3 on your ebill should give you a clue. Is it data, calling, roaming, etc?
