Plan question

I am on the $39 a month plan but billing cycle started today. I am supposed to have 300 mins a month. My usage gage shows I am to have 60 mins. Is this normal? Will that show for first part of the month? Or does that change through the month? I'm new to Koodo so I am unaware of how things work quite yet. I know my plan is to have 300 mins for sure. Any advice / help would be appreciated. I am on the Spending Limit add on or what ever they call it if that has something to do with it. I just started with Koodo I am lost for sure on all these things yet. Thanks!

If you just started with Koodo today then your billing cycle is not today. If you have only 60 mins then I bet your actually billing cycle is 6 days away. At this point your new billing cycle will start and you will have your full mins. This may help. it's regarding your first bill but the mention of proration is applicable to your allotment of mins http://help.koodomobile.com/my-bill/charges-explained/charges-on-your-first-bill

Thanks Dennis well it helps but it doesn't. I signed up with Koodo last Friday. When I log in to my self serve account this is what it tells me and today being the 31st so I thought it should tell me I have 300 mins. Or does this mean today is the last of the partial cycle and it will roll over to 300 on the 1st. Time period: Current cycle (31 of 31 days through) Your next bill starts: July 31, 2014 Rate plan: CAN Data 300MB 300 min $39 Minutes used 0/60 mins.* Your plan and add-ons include 60 local anytime minutes.

31 of 31 days through means it will roll over tomorrow
