Hello, I currently have the 45$ plan with 500mb of data and I want to have the 45$ plan with the 1GB data plan (Limited Time Offer). I cannot find anyway to change the plan since when I log in to the Koodo account on the website and try to change the plan it doesn't show me the new plan that should be offered. What can I do?

Hi Shai, To access the new plans you have to contact Koodo by dialling *611 from your mobile phone. You will need to pay your tab balance (if any) and the representative will be able to do the switch for you. At this time, the switch can not be done through self serve.
