Pissed off!!


Disconnected after SEVERAL hours on hold Twice!! Seems to me you don’t care about your customers who have been with you for years. Simply wanted the 10g for $60 per month deal just like everyone else. Wonder how another provider would react

I think this is the first time Koodo has every did a promo that was for new customers only. I liked how, in the past, that any customer could get current offerings. Like you, I tried a kiosk, they said no. I called in, said no, but offered to send me to retentions. Which had a 2 hour wait. I told the csr it’s time to leave, and I did. I like Koodo, and didn’t want to leave, as I thought Koodo was different, but I have questioned if that is really the case anymore.
