phone stolen!

My phone is lost. Someone stole my phone, I was wondering if you can cancel it.

You have to go online log in to your account and suspend your account under the 'phone' option. This is a customer forum that's the best we can do for you.:-)

You probably wanna call in and tell them to blacklist the phone as well...if its iPhone/Android you can also do remote wipe or location track if you had it set up beforehand

Hey Katelyn, Sorry about your phone 😞. As Chris said you should make sure you suspend the line so that no one can use it. You do have the option to pay off your current Tab (in-store or on the next bill) in order to use a new Koodo Tab to get a new phone. If you want to cancel the account, you'll have to give us a call at 1-866-995-6636 from a landline and a representative will help you out.
