Phone still deactivated but paid my bill in full by visa yesterday

Hello Jennifer,

if service is suspended for non-payment, we need to send payment in full for the outstanding balance, plus $35 for a reconnection fee, before the account can be reactivated.
Says I owe $0

I'm sure it does, but the 35$ isn't part of the bill. It's an extra cost that needs to be paid.
But I can’t call out to pay it

You should still be able to call *611. At least I thought so...if not you can send Koodo a pm via facebook

You can restore your service by paying your outstanding balance in full, or call #227 from your Koodo phone or 1-855-325-6636 from another phone to make payment arrangements. If you pay in full via Self Serve service usually resume within an hour (may need to restart your phone)

Tried the 1-855 number but said I don’t have a phone registered. *611, I was on there for 45 mins had to hang up to go back to work
