phone not workin

Hello, my phone hasn’t worked for two days it keeps saying I’m not activated on the network. I’ve tried restarting my network settings, turning  my phone on and off and taking my SIM card out and in again. It still isn’t working it tells me to contact client care but I can’t make calls out. What’s wrong with my phone and how can I fix it ?

Have you checked self serve what could be wrong? When you say “it tells me to contact client care”, where do you get that message? Can you post a screenshot (leave out personal information)?

Prepaid or post paid?    Was it working before?   Do you have any extra phone to check if your SIM work in there?
