I keep getting the message phone not activated Apple says it’s a Koodo issue
Was the phone from Koodo? Was it a new phone? The top status said “no service”, it seems the SIM wasn’t activated or your Koodo service was suspended.
The phone was replaced through Apple less than a week ago through an Apple provider
Are you trying to activate a Koodo prepaid line?
Regarding the activation, if you didn’t have Koodo service, try to activate the phone via Wifi. You need to backup the phone and reset the phone.
So I should factory reset my phone and try all this again?

Because you haven’t activated your Koodo SIM, you are technically not a Koodo customer yet. And the phone cannot be activated with Koodo cellular service.
