Phone bill


So I was like 4 days late on paying my august phone bill, and now my September phone bill is double the amount?? Why is this ?

Because if you don't pay before the day the bill due, they payment isn't processed in enough time to make sure your payment is due. You can check an up to date amount owing in many ways. call #123 on your phone. Use the Koodo self serve website/app Call in to speak to a representative. Chances are your money is now posted to your account, just didn't make it in time to be reflected on your bill.
So do I just pay my regular amount ? Since I did pay last months bill?

Yes that would be all you have to do, although it wouldn't hurt to verify the funds are in your account by checking your balance.
It says payments recently made wont be reflected , so ill check back in a couple days
