Payment not being processed?


I'm trying to pay for my next month of prepaid services, but when I try to save the info, it just keeps saying this message: ''Unfortunately, we could not process your request. Please try again later.'' What's up with that?

Maybe your computer will land on somehow who knows how to fix it?

no but seriously, could you list the steps you're taking to make a payment?
Yeah, everything seems to be broken on the self-serve website in English.  I'm not a francophone, but I noticed that if I click "EN" at the top-right and it switches to French, everything (except readability of stuff in English, obviously) works.  Something's pretty messed up.

Try to access your self serve with different browser.
 Also, you can try to clear browser history,data and cache.
If you still have trouble to access self serve, you can call Koodo *611 from your phone. They will help you to fix it.

tried all those steps and no go , had to phone koodo to make a verbal payment
