Payment Error


I have attempted to make my payment around 6 times today online, and once over the phone. Each time I am told that there is a payment error. I do not want to be charged extra fees for this error and I fear that I might. The help line is currently closed. If someone could please contact me with help.

What was the specific error message that you saw? did you use the credit card that match your account address? are you a new client or an existing one?
You could also check your balance online by dialing 611 and hit 3 and see if there was any payment going through.

Anyway, I would suggest you try again tomorrow. If not you can send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) or setup a call back to contact Koodo directly.

Csn you tell us what it specifically said? Which payment method did you try?

You could call 611 to check your balance to see if payment was accepted or not. To be age you could send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out
