pay bill


I have already paid my bill through my on line banking on Oct 24th but I received a new payment today . I am not sure if I paid my bill successfully on Oct 24th .Do I need to pay again?

What do you mean you received a new payment? Do you mean new invoice? Naturally you don't have to pay your invoices twice, but it's a bit hard to understand what you're asking here 🙂

I just looked at my self service, if you go to "billing" and if you owe Koodo an amount, that is where it would show. If it says

Total due: $0.00

Your bill has been paid in full.

Ok so my was already payed that's good thankyou for that have a good day than by for now
