Partial charges for changing phone number


I changed my phone number half-way through the month and my bill now has partial charges for that time period. Did changing my number change my plan? What are these charges for?

If you add up the charges for both periods do they equal a months rate?

No it is $15 more

Your plan will remain the same, but you will be charged for part of it under the old number and the rest under the new number. The portion charged to each number will be prorated based on exactly when in the billing cycle you changed your plan. Your minutes will be prorated accordingly as well.
It looks like I might have been charged for my tab twice ($15). My closing tab balance from last month is $345 and now it is $315

At least you found your problem.

You could give Koodo a call to reverse that, but why would you? Unless you really need that 15$ this month.
