Paper bill received when E-bill was opted for


Hey, The other day I received a paper bill in the mail. According to my online account, however, I am all set up for a monthly E-bill- as I should be, because I opted for the E-bill on the day I got my plan in the beginning of July. Was I supposed to have got the paper bill? Am I going to be charged the $2 fee? Thanks, Chris

Sounds like a mix up by Koodo. Give them a call 1-866-995-6636 and they can fix it on their end and ensure that you get a credit if you were charged the $2 fee
