Paid bill & i still got suspended.


I paid my bill through the bank & it's saying on koodo's end that I didn't pay. and now I'm disconnected. I am not impressed at all, and I am so close to Switching to a different phone company.

When did you pay? It takes 3 - 5 bank days for the payment to clear.

I paid on January 15th.. it shouldn't take this long

Hi Khrishna - is this for phone number ending in 37? If so, the last payment we received from you was on Oct. 21 of last year. As David stated, it typically takes about 3-5 business days for payment to be posted if paid through a bank, but if you paid on Jan. 15, I would follow-up with your bank to find out what happened. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about this as payment was never received.

That said, if you're looking to avoid suspension because there is a significant outstanding balance, you can always make a payment directly by credit card or Visa Debit, through your self-serve account or by dialing #123 from your Koodo phone, and selection option 3.

Use 1 cent less than the amount of the prepaid card.
I find Koodo to be awsome, I have had a time where I could not pay my bill for almost 2 months. I called them, they were understanding, I never got cut off (because I made the call) paid when I promised and am back on track again. sometimes stuff happens. Best way to pay your bill is with visa debit online. You get an immediate confirmation of your payment, they receive it on the spot, no waiting for transactions to process thru the bank. If your payment was debited from your bank account and Koodo did not receive it, follow up at your bank, it is not the fault of Koodo. (EX-BANKER
