Paid balance on wrong account number


I accidentally paid my Koodo bill to my old account number! Hoping I get get Koodo to switch it over to my current account or get my money back and then pay my bill properly

For this issue you would need to call Koodo directly. We can't do anything on the community about that. Dial *611 from your cellphone or
