overdue payment paid but not updated on koodo

i had an overdue payment of $200 which i have now paid off. it said the latest i could pay was 31 december which typically i left til 31 december (today) to pay! the money has gone out of my bank account, but it still says i have outstanding payment on my koodo account. i am currently living in france so i cannot call koodo to clarify this and there’s no way of contacting them via email. i just need to know that it’s paid for (is the system just slow on updating?) and i won’t get blacklisted! thanks

It can take some time for payments to go through as is shown below


Credit Card 2 days
Western Union 2 days
Telephone/Online Banking 5 days
Money Mart 5 days
Bank ATM (registered) 5 days
Bank ATM (un-registered) 10 days
Cheque (via mail) 10 days
Bank Teller (registered) 5 days
Bank Teller (un-registered) 10 days
