Overcharged data $5 + Other 2.50$


I tried calling Koodo arrive and was on hold for 70 minutes or more. I wanted to talk to them to resolve this issue since I’ve not exceeded my data usage. I am overcharged with $5 over my data and a additional 2.50$ for some odd reason. I’ve tried calling 5 times already and I’m getting frustrated at this point and thinking just to pay the 7.50$ so I am not late for this months bill.

What plan do you have?   Where do you those $5 and $2.5 charges ?   Does it say for data or something else? ( Did you go near border?)

I went to Las Vegas last month, I called last month to resolve this issue. The rep told me to call next month (December) to fix it. I was over 0.01KB and automatically charge for roaming. Lol

You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to resolve billing disputes as well. That way at least you're not on hold endlessly and you'll get it resolved when they get to your message.
