Overages charge

I just got charged 10 extra dollars on overage charges. I have a 100 minute plan and I did not go over a 100 minutes. Where are these charges coming from. I also haven't left my city all month.

Check page 3 of your ebill and it will tell you where the charges came from. They could be from data, minutes, if you live close to the boarder they could be roaming charges.
If you can't figure out what the charges are for after looking at your ebill, take a screenshot of page 3 and post it here for us, (leaving out any personal information) and we can explain the charges to you.
