You should use self-serv online to check if any ovearge on your data or minutes if you didn't go over, you should call in and get it sorted out

All overage info should be on your ebill. Log onto your self serve from a computer and download your pdf ebill for all the details
I do use self serve. I have unlimited texting and pictures. but I haven't went over my data usage limit. I tried calling their customer service number but it aint helping. I need to talk to a real person not a machine.

On my self serve I can download my ebill for the last 12 months. Not sure if there is an issue with your account. have you paid off your tab or made any changes? Did you remember to pay your last bill or maybe payment didnt go through? If you can somehow see your pdf ebill it would provide some insight.
I just looked through my most recent e-bill. it says nothing about an additional $200 charge.

So your pdf ebill says you owe $308 but none of the numbers add up to $308? If so give koodo a call and talk to an agent and hopefully they will be able to straighten things out
would this be a reason? missed my last bill, so they charged me, then I changed my plan, to a bigger plan?

Just like other phone, cable, and internet company, if you missed paying your bill then there would be a fee or interest charges added to your bill. Also if you changed your plan, then the higher plan would be proated to the higher amount too.
