Ordered Iphone


I ordered an Iphone on sunday evening, it is now Wednesday and i have yet to receive an email saying it's on it's way and when it will arrive.
I emailed yesterday and haven't heard anything back.
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else/what is going on?

Hey Jessica, Just to confirm - you received a confirmation email that the order had been placed, right? Just not that it had been shipped?

I see in the order notes that the shipping address you inputted differs from the billing address of the credit card used. As a fraud precaution, they are required to match for an automatic approval, so it's been placed in the queue for our agents to verify which will delay when the phone gets to you.

As mentioned in other threads we're a bit backlogged with orders right now from the success of our back to school sale. So we will confirm your order as soon as we can 🙂 apologies for the delay!

hi! I ship it to my work address so that I am able to receive the shipment day of delivery, as when i get off work the post office is closed.
But I can change the address to home and just deal with that if it'll make it come faster!

Do you have a slight idea of the time (ish) that it will arrive? As I go out of country on September 15th.

Unfortunately I can't give you an exact day; with the backlog we're aiming to address pending orders within 10 business days (typically it's within 3-5). But, with your straightforward issue you should get your phone before you leave. Have a great trip!

Should I change my address for shipping or is it alright as is?
