Ordered a phone online amd have not gotten an email whether it's been approved. It has been added to my tab though.


I've placed an order for an iphone 6s on December 31st. The website told me that i would receive confitlrmation if my order was approved or not in the next day or so. The charge for the phone has been added to my tab, amd my plan has changed as well, but i have still not received any confirmation. Ive tried to phone the webstore, and it directs me straight to voicemail. I would really appreciate some clarity on this. Also, is there anyway to change my order? Say I wanted the 7 instead, how do I go about doing that?

Hi Kennidy - system shows that your order was received yesterday. Initial validation by the system doesn't show any issues, so next steps will be for an agent to check everything out and continue processing the order. Online orders typically take 3-5 business days to process. You'll get an initial confirmation once the order is placed, which I believe you should have received - did you check your spam folder? The next notification will be once the order is processed and ready to ship - it will contain tracking info.
