I have been a customer for a number of years now. I ordered an iPhone 11 using a rep on the phone. He said 3-5 business days. Received a confirmation order email that same day and then a day later, an email that it was “on the move” with UPS and I could track it online. Great.
It’s now been 11 business days. It hasn’t moved via UPS past “label created” and every time I try and track it via Koodo’s website I get “order number Invalid.”
i am so annoyed right now.
