On December 17, I used Self Serve to request a number port from my TextNow account. The number was changed on Self Serve almost immediately. The TextNow account still has access to that number and can make and receive calls from it. Text messages, outbound calls and data usage works but the phone is not receiving calls at all at either number.
Could a rep check into this for me and let me know the status of the move. The tools that are referred to on here for checking status are non existent. I can only check to see if my number is portable.
