how can i talk to someone? i can call people but no one can call me it says my number is not assigned??

Hi Jade,

Did you recently port your number? If so, it might take a few hours for the new routing to take place.
Having the same issues but i have not yet ported my number. After "several" attempts the call will go thru. Both of the number have been assigned by Koodo.

Sorry so you are having call troubles but you haven't ported? And numbered assigned by Koodo? So are you a new customer? Since you don't have the same issue (you haven't ported yet) please do start a new thread
