not receiving phone calls and texts

I am not receiving any incoming calls or texts, scheduled a call back it's been 4 hours and I have not received it yet.

I restarted the phone, made sure do not disturb is off as well as airplane mode off.

Is it showing any service/emergency calls only, etc?

Did it work before? 

Are you a new customer?


Are you able to complete outgoing texts or calls? Does data work?

Did you port your number recently? 


Have you tried to reset your network settings? 

Yes I ported my number recently. It was a home no. until I asked Koodo to turn it into a cell no. with the new phone I purchased from them a week ago.

You won't be receiving calls until the porting process is complete.
Home numbers take a little longer too in order to comète.
