Not received bill

I've been with koodo for 2 months now and haven't received any bill at my home adress. My adress on my account is the right one, but they haven't mailed anything.

We only have e.bill Gabrielle. We sent you an SMS 3 days ago that your e.bill was ready. I see that you were able to log into your online account today. You can print your bill there if you need to.
